Allie Clifton

Allie Clifton has been with Spectrum Sports Net for five seasons. She is an Los Angeles Lakers reporter. Allie Clifton has been awarded an Emmy as a sportscaster with more than ten years' expertise in sideline reporting as well as sports journalism. She also has played in the NBA for more than 10 years. Allie was a sports journalist as well as a reporter for features at ABC Action News 13 (WTVG) she also worked as an analyst on the sidelines and in color in the broadcasting of Buckeye Sports' high school NCAA and collegiate volleyball, basketball and track and field. Clifton is an Ohio born native and graduated with degrees in sports analysis and communication and liberal studies at The University of Toledo. The following year, after a successful high-school basketball career that she played at Van Wert High School, that included being captain of the school's first and only league title team at her school, Allie was a basketball star during her time at UT. She was the captain in 2010 for the team, which was an affiliate of the Mid-American Conference West Division, in winning the title.
