Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County California. With my wonderful partner JP as well as my happy dad Henry. A majority of my followers know me through my Instagram @annephung. I document my life - the highs, the lows and all in between. When I was 1 year old my family, me and my parents immigrated from the United States to America. If it weren't because of the sacrifices made by my parents, I wouldn't have been here to share the journey with people like you. To give them an opportunity to live a prospering future, I aimed on success and worked hard in order to reach it. I thought my life would be one way or another: I'd graduate from college, land an executive position, get married and start with a family. I thought that was the epitome of success life had other plans to show me what it meant to be successful. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my work was not what I wanted to be. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for a paycheck. As I navigated my way to a new direction in my career, I found that I was supposed to become personal trainer. I loved exercising, I enjoyed being social and I enjoy helping people. The year 2014 was the year I began my business on the side and in this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. There are a few Asian women in the industry. My mission in this field is to build a more sustainable and healthier life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. Furthermore, I try to motivate others to follow their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. As my career started to flourish, I experienced one of the greatest losses in my life: my mother's death. Her eight-year battle was won. fight with the disease and is now in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and my heart all the time. It's amazing how the world gives us exactly the lesson we need, even when we don't realize it. Her passing has changed my life in several ways. I truly believe that her passing gave me an opportunity to begin the next chapter. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right for her to move on to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. The 30's are the only moment that I feel as if I am alive. As I share the story of my journey, it's to ensure that other people will be able to understand my feelings and thoughts. To know that they are not alone. And that there is genuine love. Therapy is a necessity and it isn't uncommon. Finally that the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. Only one life is yours. I want you to enjoy it to the max.
